For you together the mom and baby yoga and/or the baby massage en a moment for you alone in the postnatal classes, to to let the energy flow again and find balance as a (new) mother.

A good start with your baby means that you experience less stress and are therefore less tired, so that you can fully enjoy motherhood! 

With this card you can Mix & Match the postnatal classes and workshops yourself; mommy and baby yoga, baby massage and postnatal classes.

After your delivery, our lessons are very suitable to move, massage and relax together in a safe and playful way. You will receive information and tips and there is room for exchange. In addition, you can participate in postnatal yoga/pilates or outdoor mama move strong lessons for yourself. To really have a moment for yourself and find your balance as a (new) mother.

De mom and baby yoga consists of a series of 4 lessons. You can participate with your child from 6 weeks to approximately 9 months old. The lessons are given in a relaxed atmosphere, there is always room to feed, comfort, care for and let your baby sleep. It is accessible to every mother, experience with yoga is not required.

De postnatal yoga/pilates of mom move strong classes you can choose which classes you want to take and enroll when you need it.

This baby massage workshop for you and your baby. Massaging together is a moment of making contact, enjoying, relaxing and playing. 

It is a gift for yourself and your baby or give it as a maternity gift, nice for dad /mama, parents, family and/or friends to give.

The Mama Special lessons provide more knowledge and depth.

The following 'Mama Special' is offered:

  • Mama Mindful (MM); in this class there is attention for you new moms. we talk and share, but there are also simple exercises to really experience relaxation and to listen to peace and calm.
