Our weekly pre- and postnatal classes provide full support, preparing you both physically and mentally for your delivery. The prenatal classes offer valuable knowledge and experience, and are unique due to a combination of methods and techniques specifically developed for expectant and (new) moms.
By practicing—with movement, breath, and relaxation—you give your body the chance to feel, remember, and respond, so it knows what to do when the moment comes—and you know you can do it.

This is a 4 week class series for you together! After you give birth mama and baby yoga is very suitable to get moving again in a safe and pleasant way, while your child is close to you.
Mom and Baby at Home
Have you recently given birth and do you want to experience a class especially tailored to you in your own environment with your baby? That's possible, I'll come to your home when it suits you. Or you can book this class at home with a friend who has also recently given birth.
“Now done prenatal yoga twice at VansiOne partner workshop, one spinning baby workshop, and one mom-baby yoga session. All sessions were wonderfully guided. What's so nice is Vanessa's relaxed and down-to-earth approach to pregnancy/birth/babies. She offers concrete tips and explains why they work. Not vague, as people might think of yoga, but wonderfully practical. My babies turned a lot in their wombs; with the first, I used exercises to ensure she was positioned correctly for birth.
