Prenatal classes in The Hague
Our weekly pre- & postnatal classes offer you full support, preparing you physically and mentally for your delivery. The prenatal classes transfer knowledge and experience and are unique due to a combination of methods and techniques that have been specifically developed for pregnant and birth-giving-mama's.
With us you will find everything to prepare yourself optimally! We distinguish ourselves with a varied and supportive range of classes, in which we cater for all mama's unique, in-depth within our community; mama specials and mama support.
During your pregnancy
prenatal yoga is for every expectant mama who wants to experience and apply the positive effects of movement, relaxation and preparation. We are happy to give you and your little one the best start! This starts with a conscious pregnancy and a supportive preparation.
Deepening is central to these classes. To face your birth with knowledge, confidence and a positive mindset. So that you are clear and focused during your delivery and can give birth in a relaxed and calm manner.
Prenatal pilates has a significant role in strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, the core, abdominal area and developing intentional control of your body. You start to feel relaxed, in balance and will have less pelvic instability problems.
After you give birth
It has been proven that active exercise during a healthy pregnancy and after childbirth has many benefits! A good condition of body & mind is the best preparation for childbirth and the time after.
In mama flow classes you really have some time for yourself! To release tension, let the energy flow again and thus find a balance as (new) mama.
For you together mama and baby yoga and/or the baby massage and a moment for you alone in the postnatal classes, to let the energy flow again and thus find a balance as (new) mama.
with your baby

This is a 4 week class series for you together! After you give birth mama and baby yoga is very suitable to get moving again in a safe and pleasant way, while your child is close to you.
Have you recently given birth and do you want to experience a class especially tailored to you in your own environment with your baby? That's possible, I'll come to your home when it suits you. Or you can book this class at Home with a friend who has also recently given birth.
