As of May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect. The purpose of this regulation is to protect personal data. Studio Vansi takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use your information in a secure manner.

Your data will be treated carefully and confidentially as required by law. 
This means, among other things, that we:

  • Clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do via this privacy statement;
  • Limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data that is necessary for the stated purposes;

  • Respect your right to provide your personal data for inspection, correction or deletion at your request.

What data is involved exactly?
Because you are registered with us, the data you provide will be processed: first and last name, telephone number and e-mail address.

Why is that data requested?
To contact you if this is necessary to be able to carry out our services. To inform you if necessary about the holidays, changes in our offer or the processing of your payment.

On the basis of legislation or regulations, studio Vansi are obliged to provide your personal data to a competent authority, such as the tax authorities.

What will not happen with your data?
Your data will not be shared with, or sold to, others and will not be used for automated processing.

Is your data properly secured?
Studio Vansi takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.

How long will your data be kept?
No longer than is necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. In concrete terms, this means that customer data is not kept for longer than is strictly necessary. We use the legal retention period for entrepreneurs.

We may change this privacy statement from time to time. Changes will be published on our website. It is therefore advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly, so that you are aware of the changes.
