De memberships en mama move pre- and postnatal strip cards can be used for all weekly lessons. You can pause your membership during your delivery/maternity period, you must notify us yourself. PLEASE NOTE: our lessons last 75 minutes and are given at different locations, by different teachers.

De mama move complete comic cards are package deals and give a discount for weekly lessons and a birth prep course.

De mama and baby move strip card can be used for lessons/workshops with and without your baby after delivery.
