PRE- AND POSTNATAL MAMA MOVE MEMBERSHIPS & STRIP CARDS

Are used for all weekly classes. Your membership can be paused during your delivery and postpartum period, you have to inform us yourself. CAUTION: The classes are given at different locations by different teachers.

The Mama Move Complete Strip Cards are package deals which includes both weekly classes and a Birth Prep-course, at a discount. The Mom and Baby Move Strip Card can be used for classes and workshops with or without your baby
