PRE- AND POSTNATAL MAMA MOVE MEMBERSHIPS & STRIP CARDS

These can be used for all our weekly classes. You can pause your membership during your delivery/postpartum period, you have to inform us about this yourself. PLEASE NOTE: our classes last 60 to 75 minutes and are given at different locations, by different teachers.

De mama move complete strip cards are package deals; weekly classes + a birth prep course and give a discount. De mom and baby move strip card can be used for lessons/workshops with and without your baby after delivery.
