LIVE ONLINE CLASSES

When you need nice, relaxed and informative pregnancy-, mom and baby-, postnatal yoga and/or prenatal pilates classes, workshops of training in your own area, then register.

How do the live . work online lessons, workshops & courses:

• Sign up for the online lesson, workshop or course via to schedule or forEver sports app. (if it is not mentioned in the schedule and you prefer the lesson online attend, you can always email us).
• You can register with your membership, strip card or reserved workshop/course ticket.
• For the live online lessons, workshops or course we use Zoom as a stream provider, to keep our activities live online to stream. Download this for that app on your phone, tablet or laptop.
• The link to the livestream of the lesson/workshop/course will be available 15 minutes before the start in your Eversport account under “my bookings”. If you click on “Go to the live stream now”, you will be taken to the correct page and you can watch the live online attend activity.
• Make sure you are ready on time with your (charged) phone, laptop or tablet, your yoga mat and/or blanket, clothes in which you can move easily and water or tea.
• About 5 minutes before the lesson/workshop/course starts, the teacher will online to be. There will be a brief explanation before we begin.
• We start the lesson at the indicated time, so make sure you are on time online are connected via Zoom
