What can you expect in the 4th trimester?
The postpartum period brings hormonal, emotional and physical changes that have a huge impact on how you feel as a new mother.
Perhaps even more importantly, postnatal recovery after childbirth is often underestimated and not always addressed properly, and can even cause problems later in life!
In this course, which you will follow together with other (future) mothers, we share knowledge about everything that is important. We offer useful information, inspiration, supplementation and many tools, all based on the wisdom of Ayurveda.
It is a practical course to make the transition to and into motherhood as smooth as possible. So that you can have a nice time and give yourself and your child a good start, because that is what every mother deserves!
The course is taught in English and is open to any pregnant or recently delivered mother.
