Prenatal yoga is for every expectant mother who wants to experience the benefits of movement, relaxation and conscious preparation. We support you and your baby for the best start - from a relaxed pregnancy to a confident preparation for birth.

Awareness creates trust. Trust helps you accept, and makes it easier to let go. By letting go, your body can do what it is naturally meant to do!

Pregnancy and childbirth are a unique journey of connection and surrender, where your body continually adapts to the rhythm of new life and opens in ways it may not have experienced before.

In our prenatal yoga classes, you will learn to embrace these changes with awareness and confidence, to keep your body supple – strengthen it where necessary – and to make room for your baby.

You not only develop mobility, strength, and stability, but also give your body a sense of inner peace and deep connection. This fosters trust, because when the body has options, the pelvis has freedom of movement. And when the nervous system feels safe, you can relax, let go, and your body has the capacity to open up.

Our classes offer a safe and supportive environment and are suitable for pregnancy from the second trimester onward. They provide tools you can apply and continue to use throughout your pregnancy, ensuring you're optimally prepared—practically, physically, and mentally.

During prenatal yoga we offer:

  • Yoga flows and body-oriented exercises for greater flexibility and mobility.

  • Safe transitions and birthing positions for more space and lighting during childbirth.
  • Relaxation techniques to increase body awareness and helps you to stay calm and focused.

  • Effective breathing techniques that support and ease your delivery.

  • Trust and surrender what your body needs, with the confidence that you can do this.

  • Calmness, attention and connection for yourself and your baby.

  • Tips for preventing and relieving (pelvic) complaints.

  • Information about labor and birth.

We offer multiple weekly pregnancy classes You can join at any time, depending on your needs. We recommend starting between weeks 12 and 25 and attending weekly classes until your due date. This way, you'll work on strong physical and mental balance and optimally prepare for childbirth. You can also join later in your pregnancy – you'll always benefit!
The classes are suitable for every expectant mother, regardless of experience.

Your (birth) partner plays an essential role in the birthing process. That is why we offer additional Birth Prep courses for you together, both separately and in combination – package deals – to book.

You can continue with our postnatal classes even after your delivery. With a membership, payment can be paused for up to 3 months.

Mama Special classes offer more knowledge, depth, confidence and fun!

  • Birth Circuit (BC): In this class you will go through different birthing positions via a circuit.

  • Belly Dance (BD): Let yourself be carried away by the rhythm, feel free in your movement and discover how dance can contribute to confidence in your body during pregnancy.
  • Birth Breath (BB): All important breathing techniques for birth are discussed.

  • Birth Together (BT): A fun prenatal yoga class together with your partner.

  • Birth Mindset (BM): A positive mindset is essential for a good birth! In this class you will learn how to do that.

  • Mama Mindful (MM): In this class the focus is on the new moms. We talk, share experiences and do simple exercises to experience relaxation and create space for peace and tranquility.

In addition, we offer the MAMA SUPPORT-moment for all (expectant) mothers within our community. Do you need explanation, support, questions or guidance? Then this moment is ideal for you. We offer this group moment once every 2 months for free! Registration is possible via to schedule.
