Postnatal Mom flow yoga in The Hague

A pregnancy, birth and a new life with your baby cause major changes, both physically and mentally. Postnatal yoga class guarantees; every week a little time for and with yourself! To release physical, mental and emotional tension and find a balance as a (new) mom.

 

In the class hatha yoga and mindfulness exercises are combined; the yoga exercises are more intensive and help your body to get more strength, firmness and suppleness and let the energy flow again. The mindfulness exercises stimulate you to develop a sense of confidence, peace and conscious attention in the here and now. Postnatal Mom flow yoga gives your boby & mind a good condition; a stronger and more vital body and a positive and relaxed mindset!

 

You are welcome from 4 weeks to 2 years after giving birth. The class is certainly not only intended for young (new) moms, all moms are welcome who need this, even without yoga experience. The class is together with other moms in your area and there is always room for your personal wishes and to exchange experiences. 

 

The yoga poses and exercises are especially aimed fom Moms

  • To guide your body in a calm way and to get it back in shape.
  • But also to strengthen and "bring it back together" by activating your stomach, back and pelvic floor muscles in a safe way.
  • Build-up of strength, firmness and flexibility in the body
  • Restorative postures, which can, among other things, help with sleep deprivation, balance hormones, calm the nervous system and promote blood circulation.
  • Yoga poses that balance back, shoulders and neck.
  • Practicing mindfulness.
  • Creating deep relaxation, peace and balance for yourself.
  • In the class we combine hatha yoga postures, muscle strengthening exercises, breathing techniques, mindfulness and "restorative" yoga, to ultimately achieve a deep relaxation.

Mindful Mama good start consisting of; 1 private class and 4 postnatal group classes

Location: Bronovo (physiotherapy room), Bronovolaan 5
You can participate from 1x per week, the classess can also be combined with our other weekly class offer. Choose your membership or take a trial class first. Between the memberships there is a price advantage and extra options!
