Booking and cancellation policy
Once you have completed the form, we will contact you to provide additional details, answer any questions, and assist with reserving your spot.
To secure your spot, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 90 days before the retreat: You will receive a 100% refund.
- 30-89 days before the retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund will be issued.
If the retreat is fully booked and your cancelled accommodation can be filled by another guest, you will receive a 50% refund, minus a reasonable administrative fee.
Please note that travel costs, trip cancellation, and travel insurance are not included in the retreat price. We highly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance to ensure a full refund in case you are medically unfit to travel or fall ill before the retreat.

Why your partner will still benefit from this solo pregnancy retreat?
We understand the importance of both partners being involved in the pregnancy journey. While your partner is not attending the prenatal retreat, this experience is designed to benefit both of you as you prepare for your little one’s arrival.
The retreat provides expecting mothers with a nurturing space to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. Through mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and expert guidance, mothers-to-be return empowered, rejuvenated, and ready for the transformative journey of motherhood.
Although your partner won’t be there, the benefits extend beyond the retreat itself. Mothers-to-be return feeling grounded and confident, which enhances your relationship and the parenthood journey. The tools learned — from breathwork to emotional support practices — will positively impact both of you.
The knowledge gained will also be shared, strengthening your partnership and providing a foundation of support as you prepare for parenthood.
Supporting your partner’s attendance at the retreat is a gift to both of you. The self-awareness and calm they return with will enhance your growing family’s experience as you enter this new chapter.

In which fase of your pregnancy can you attend the retreat?
You can enjoy this retreat at any stage of your pregnancy; however, the ideal time to join is during your second or mid-third trimester, between 14 and 36 weeks.
If you need to fly to reach the retreat, it’s advisable to consult your healthcare provider to confirm that it is safe for you to do so.
Be sure to check the specific airline’s regulations regarding flying while pregnant. Some airlines allow travel up to 36 weeks, while others may require a medical certificate from your healthcare provider confirming that you are fit to fly.
What will be provided during the retreat?
Enjoy this all-inclusive retreat at a luxury accommodation, featuring bedrooms, a hot tube, nourishing meals, drinks and snacks throughout the day, daily classes and activities, birth preparation, and loving support, all guided by experts.
You will be fully prepared on all levels—practically, physically, and mentally—to support an active, physiological birth in every setting.
Feel free to add additional treatment to your retreat if you wish.

We welcome both first-time and experienced moms-to-be. Our program is thoughtfully tailored to guide you through your unique pregnancy journey, going beyond just the essentials and meeting everyone’s needs.
What kind of food is offered during the retreat?
Just as we pour our care and love into every detail of the retreat, the food you will be served is one of the important aspects.
Our chef will delight you each day with delicious and nourishing meals designed specifically for moms-to-be, and she will gladly accommodate any dietary requirements you may have.
The menu is diverse and always includes both vegetarian and vegan options.
